This project started when a Spanish couple of designers purchased a 1500's building in ruins in Santo Domingo's historic district.
During a two years’ curated revamp, 16th century walls and archway were revealed. They belong to San Nicolás de Bari, once the 1st Hospital in the Americas (1503, World Heritage UNESCO site).
